Ready-made concrete preparation for the first section
RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of Maxima Residence RC is actively pursued. According to the project manager, the pile field in the first section has been completed, concrete preparation is ready and waterproofing of the foundations is over. At present, the foundation piling reinforcing is being performed.
It is also reported that a pit is being developed for the construction of the second section.
At the same time, the builders have made piles and concrete preparation for parking (the first pour), waterproofing work is in progress, the second layer of concrete preparation is poured and preparations for arranging the frame for foundation piling are underway.
An enclosing sheeting for a tower crane is also being performed.
