Laying of external and internal walls in the first section continues
RIEL Real Estate Corporation and Bosphorus Development report that the construction of the Maxima Residence Residential Complex is actively underway.
As of today, the laying of external and internal walls in the first section continues. The works on the second to ninth floors have been completed, and now they have moved on to the 14th and 15th floors. Monolithic works are underway on the 21st floor.
In the second section, the vertical elements of the 19th floor are being arranged. Brick walls are being laid, ventilation units and reinforced concrete monolithic stairs are being installed.
Work on the parking lot has reached the zero level.
