The Evolution of Façades and a New Level of Comfort
At Maxima Residence, we continue to develop the concept of a modern, comfortable, and stylish living space. It is important for us that the building remains timeless and relevant for years to come, which is why the architects have enhanced its design with details that emphasise expressiveness, functionality, and the project’s premium character.
The entrance group will feature large-format ceramic panels — a material that adds a sense of space and sophistication. The façades will incorporate non-combustible composite panels, harmoniously combining aesthetic appeal and safety — essential qualities of contemporary architecture.

One of the key elements of the project is the Rehau Synego window system. Its energy efficiency (heat transfer coefficient 1.05, with the regulatory standard being 0.9) ensures a stable indoor microclimate, optimises heating and cooling costs, and creates a quiet, comfortable atmosphere within the apartments.
For enhanced privacy and comfort, the project features Guardian SunGuard SN 63 multifunctional glazing, which combines a mirror effect with solar protection properties, while maintaining a high level of thermal insulation performance.
The colour concept of the façades has been carefully refined in every detail: a combination of noble beige and elegant grey tones creates an ambiance of subtle sophistication, adding a modern character to the building and emphasizing its premium status.

The evolution of Maxima Residence’s façades is not about changing form, but rather a natural continuation of the philosophy shared by RIEL and Bosphorus Development — to create spaces where every detail has purpose, contributing to comfort, safety, and aesthetic harmony in everyday life. After all, the façade defines the first impression of a building, and we ensure that this impression is absolutely flawless.
