Construction Progress Update
Construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence, located at 30 Konovaltsia Street, Kyiv, is actively progressing.
Section 1: Waterproofing and final roofing layers have been completed, and decorative elements have been installed on the roof. Window units are being installed on the upper floors, and the ventilation system has been fully mounted. Works are underway on the installation of internal utility systems, rainwater drainage risers, and the shaft for the freight elevator. At the same time, façade works are actively being carried out.
Section 2: Installation of window structures continues on the 14th to 16th floors, and elevators are being installed. Masonry works for the ventilation ducts have been completed, and roof waterproofing works are ongoing.
Section 3: The excavation pit is being formed, and preparatory works are underway for the construction of the monolithic foundation. At the same time, landscaping and public space restoration works on Konovaltsia Street are in progress.
