Progress of construction in the first and second sections
The construction of the Maxima Residence business-class residential complex at 30 Konovaltsia Street in Kyiv is proceeding according to schedule. In the first section, the installation of lift equipment has begun, and the installation of window structures and roofing work is continuing.
The masonry of the external and internal walls is already 90% complete. The laying of rainwater drainage pipes and the installation of internal engineering networks have begun, and preparations for façade work are underway. Foundation work has also started for the construction of commercial premises in this section.
In the second section, the main part of the monolithic work has been fully completed, wall laying is underway, and measurements are being taken for the manufacture of windows. The installation of ventilation units has been completed, the concreting of decorative columns at the rear of the section is being completed, and the installation of lifts has begun.
90% of all construction work has already been completed in the underground car park. Installation of external water supply and sewerage networks is actively underway at the site.
