Construction is construction is proceeding according to plan
The construction of the Maxima Residence business-class residential complex at 30 Konovaltsia Street in Kyiv is proceeding according to schedule. In the first section, work is continuing on the installation of lifts, window structures are being actively installed (more than six floors are ready), and the roof is being completed.
Rainwater drainage pipes are being laid and internal engineering networks are being installed, and façade work has begun. Construction of commercial premises in the first section is also continuing.
Monolithic works have been fully completed in the second section. The masonry of external and internal walls is at the final stage (95% complete), and the installation of window structures is underway. The concreting of decorative columns at the rear of the section has been completed, work on the installation of lifts is continuing, and preparations for the installation of internal engineering networks are underway.
Demolition of the sales department building has begun in preparation for the start of construction work on the third section.
