The first section of the residential complex is under construction of vertical monolithic elements of the 14th floor
RIEL Real Estate Corporation and Bosphorus Development announce that the construction of the Maxima Residence RC continues. According to the project manager, the first section is currently installing vertical monolithic elements on the 14th floor. At the same time, the laying of external and internal walls, as well as the arrangement of precast concrete monolithic stairs and ventilation units continues. Preparations are underway to extend the tower crane to access the higher floors.
In the second section, the vertical elements of the tenth floor are being arranged, walls are being laid on residential floors, and ventilation units and reinforced concrete monolithic stairs are being installed.
In the parking lot, concrete preparation for the last grab near the neighboring residential complex has been completed. Reinforcement of the monolithic grillage is in progress.
The pile field in the third section has been completed.
