Current construction progress in all sections
Construction of the Business-Class Maxima Residence residential Complex at 30 Konovaltsia Street, Kyiv is progressing according to schedule.
In the first section, the installation of internal engineering networks is ongoing. Work has commenced on distributing these networks across floors where window structures are already in place. Roofing works have been fully completed, and ventilation equipment has been installed on the roof. Monolithic work for the first part of the commercial premises extension is being finalised. Lift installation is actively underway.
In the second station, the installation of window structures is ongoing. Roofing work has commenced. Installation of utility risers is in progress.
In the third section, the former sales department building, located within the third stage, has been demolished. Preparatory work for the monolithic foundation is underway, following the completion of the pile field. Relocation of external sewage networks, in accordance with Kyivvodokanal technical requirements, has been completed. Restoration of street amenities along Konovaltsia Street has begun.
The Maxima Residence is a modern business-class residential complex developed by RIEL in partnership with Bosphorus Development.
