A New Business-Class Architectural Highlight in Pechersk
Pecherskyi District is the most famous and prestigious in Kyiv. It is here that the capital's business life is concentrated: government buildings, business centres, universities, theatres and museums. It is also the district with the largest number of cultural and architectural monuments – over 600 sites, including the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, the House with Chimeras, and the Mariinskyi Palace.

We have a strong understanding of the investment appeal of Pechersk, which is why, together with our partner, the Turkish developer Bosphorus Development, we are bringing Maxima Residence to life. This business-class residential complex combines modern architecture with thoughtfully designed infrastructure.

Maxima Residence will offer a stylish lobby with an expansive guest area, a versatile lounge with a terrace, and underground parking with direct lift access. The complex will feature a secured, gated environment with 24/7 video surveillance, professional security, and concierge service, providing residents with a true sense of safety and privacy.

The advantages of the surrounding area are also clear. Within a few minutes’ drive are the Gulliver, Parus, Senator, IQ Business Centre, and Horizon Office Tower business hubs. Khreshchatyk, Mariinskyi Park, and the Park of Eternal Glory are reachable in just 10 minutes.
What we envisioned as a harmonious blend of the inner and outer worlds is gradually taking shape. The Maxima Residence construction site evolves daily, reflecting steady progress.
In the first section, work achievements include: completion of roof waterproofing and finishing, along with the installation of decorative roof elements. Installation of window blocks on the upper floors. Full installation of the ventilation system. Ongoing installation of internal engineering networks and rainwater drainage pipes. Façade work in progress. Commencement of the freight lift shaft installation.
In the second section of Maxima Residence, window frames are being installed on floors 14–16, and lift installation is ongoing. Masonry work on the roof ventilation ducts has been completed, and roof waterproofing is currently in progress.

Under the third section, an excavation pit is being formed and preparatory work is being carried out for the construction of monolithic foundation.

Maxima Residence is progressing steadily, with 90% of the underground car park construction already completed.
The project consists of three stages, and sales have recently opened for apartments in the third stage, offering new opportunities for homebuyers and investors alike. Purchasing an apartment during the construction stage allows for cost savings and a wider selection of layouts.
Maxima Residence is becoming a new symbol of modern Kyiv, where architecture, technology, and comfort come together in a space designed for living, growth, and development. We are moving forward with confidence, creating new opportunities for those who choose to build their future with us.
